Also, there’s currently some paving in the parking lot causing a trek through knee-high grass to get back to the hotel—never a pleasant stroll after a long drive. An elevator might be useful since lugging bags up and down stairs isn't ideal for anyone a bit older. I would have appreciated more pillows for the post-surgery situation but didn't quite get a positive response on that.
